Abstract: The new economic panorama which is taking shape in Europe requires the design of development strategies which extend beyond regional limits to penetrate into multi-regional collaboration. A strategy of this type is proposed for the Atlantic Euro-region as a way to recover the economic dynamism of the regions which make it up.
