Abstract:
These paper gives a general view of great relationships between different indicators of science and technology. Three indicators have received a special attention: human capital, export manufactures and the technological balance. The central idea is that the spanish «model» of technological progress is very simple. In these «model» technological knowledge is imported at great scale, and after is assimilated by a huge number of scientist and engineers with skimpy formation.
