Abstract: This article is a brief description of the future design of financial control within the Public Administration of the Basque Country Autonomous Community made from a relativistic point of view of what was historically meant by previous lawfulness control and a relativisation of those concepts which advocate for partial control of the Administration and how it is inconceivable for an inspection to influence the set of financial laws to be applied by the individual in charge. Simultaneously, the parameters of both relativisations are established and some economical control modalities and techniques more in accordance with current times and with the co-managerial conception of a public controller are put forward.
