Abstract:
This article is a reflection on the up and coming labour market. We must recognize the complexity and magnitude of the elements that will determine it, its contribution begins with a quantitative vision of the last ten years and its temporary transformative capacity. Behind that vision, the main social, technological, economic and transformative labour market trends are reviewed, continuing with a projection exercise for the Basque Country up to 2030, framed in a modest strategy of anticipated employment growth in sectors and occupational groups, finishing with the recognition that the ransformation of the labour market is already here, presenting atypical jobs, digital platforms, new forms of work and the need to create a new regulatory and labour relations framework.
