Djordje Stojanovic
Chapter 5 in A Research Agenda for Real Estate, 2022, pp 81-96 from Edward Elgar Publishing
Abstract:
This book chapter builds the case for further studies into the housing share and a sustained inquiry into the housing models focusing on the communal use of space. It presents the case for further interdisciplinary research and intersectoral collaboration to improve financial, legal, and planning mechanisms enabling advanced housing solutions. After referencing recent research efforts focusing on different forms of housing share and new economic approaches, this chapter discusses potential topics for future studies with an aim to set grounding for in-depth studies into the housing systems.
