Abstract:
This chapter introduces the reader to the nature of international business law in its treaty, transactional, regulatory, and litigation aspects. It also introduces the relevant actors and regimes, and explains the various forms of trading blocs. It concludes by providing a roadmap of the book, followed by practice exercises and multiple choice questions.
