Abstract: This chapter focuses on how feminist epistemic practices can inform and transform organizational studies of precarious lives. The Global North-centric field of organization studies naturalizes capitalist markets, reproduces Eurocentric knowledge, and silences feminist voices. These hegemonic tendencies distort our understanding of precarious lives. I suggest how radical feminist epistemic practices that are attentive to politics of location, solidarity, and vulnerability can interrupt extractive, colonial, androcentric knowledge projects.
