Abstract: This chapter concludes the volume, emphasising its forward-looking and agenda-setting impetus. It also highlights some of the key respects in which the volume will add value to corporate law scholarship in years to come, amidst what are certain to be continuing tumultuous and rapidly changing times both for corporate law and for our world in general.
