It critiques the overuse of frameworks like Hofstede's dimensions and emphasizes the importance of recognizing fragmented and multi-level cultural realities in organizations. Greater research into unexamined cultural dimensions and systemic diversity in M&As is recommended to address gaps in current understanding.
