Abstract:
In the introductory chapter, the editors focus on the scope of this edition of the Research Handbook and the need for a new approach that takes into consideration the evolving scenario in EU Private International law. They then offer a brief summary of the themes discussed by the authors in the following chapters with a focus on the systematic classification of the topics and their relevance for the audience of potential beneficiaries of the volume.
