The chapter highlights the importance of green budget tagging, cost-benefit analysis, environmental impact assessments, green spending reviews, and green audits in green budgeting implementation. It concludes by emphasizing the need for strong political commitment, institutional capacity building, and modernized budgetary systems to fully realize the benefits of green budgeting.
