Abstract: A New History of Management (ANHOM) is a book written by Stephen Cummings, Todd Bridgman, John Hassard and Michael Rowlinson. It is associated with the ‘historical turn in management’ and the ‘ANTi-History movement’. These denote alternative approaches to, and views of, the history of management and organisation studies beyond conventional narratives that associate the foundations of the field to be white engineering-oriented men and the formation of the American business school and its emphasis on economics as its disciplinary cornerstone.
