Abstract: Major Focus of the Case: This case shows how organization development (OD) techniques can be leveraged to build effective, collaborative teams that deliver superior organizational performance. The case offers an in-depth exploration of OD engagements led by Dr. Fahad Alshawan, a senior OD expert with Bechtel in the Middle East region. The engagements took place in critical projects in Saudi Arabia where the alignment of teams was crucial for project success.
