Abstract: This chapter comments on Article 77 of the Sixth Anti-Money Laundering Directive (EU) 2024/1640, which repeals Directive (EU) 2015/849 with effect from 10 July 2027 and ensures continuity between the repealed provisions and AMLD6's transposition.
