Chapter 1 in Constructive Intercultural Management, 2026, pp 1-6 from Edward Elgar Publishing
Abstract:
In the introductory chapter, we explain why organizations must increasingly deal with interculturality in the global VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity and Ambiguity) world. We highlight our focus on constructive intercultural management and present the book contents. We specify that the book is written for students, researchers, practitioners and people who are interested in interculturality.
