Abstract:
Chapter 7 provides guidance on how to maintain and audit AI law compliance programs, address recurring requirements, handle change management, assure continuity, methodically update the program, develop audit controls, arrange for internal or external audits, conduct quality and security checks, retire and replace documentation, and educate and train employees. It also contains specific recommendations for due diligence in the M&A context and for vendor onboarding.
