Asignación de trasplantes renales en México: estimación de un sistema de puntajes

Abstract: By estimating an implicit point system we try to infer some of the principles used by a medical team allocating cadaveric kidneys in Mexico. Our results indicate that the principles of fairness and medical efficiency play an important role in the final allocation.
