Abstract: The analysis of earth-resource potential of the Zakarpattia area testifies to ecological instability and inefficient use of earth. In the conditions of the limited resource providing it is needed to go the way of more improved adaptation of agriculture, technological processes and concrete ground-landscape and socio-economic factors.
