Abstract: At a recent time actively forming information society in the world, positively influencing the socio-economic indicators of the country is noted. Development of such a society depends on many factors, including education, is proved. Correlation dependence between the duration of education and human development index, proportion of enterprises that implement innovations is detected. Educational and scientific activities, such as the university, contributes also forming ecosafety environment is determined. The necessity of improving the human resource capacity of the educational sphere and its effective use, in accordance with certain principles to accelerate the formation of information and ecosafety society is emphasized.
