Abstract:
The essence of the concept of ecological and economic relations is researched and stages of the transformation of the system of ecological and economic relations under synergistic approach are substantiated. To determine the transformation of ecological and economic relations as a process of radical changes in the system of relationships between the natural environment and human civilization, between the subjects of use of natural resources at various levels, which provide targeted change of rules and regulations of their interactions, types and forms of institutional organization of links, aimed at substantial changes in properties of natural phenomena and processes according to the principles of sustainable development is proposed. The development of ecological and economic relations has a systemic character and based on the theory of self-organization is established.
