Abstract: Background Information: Various suturing techniques have been proposed to stabilize blood clots and adapt soft tissues following tooth extraction; however, internal or external figure-of-eight sutures alone may not provide optimal dual stabilization.Method and Material: This technical note describes a modified suturing technique that combines an internal figure-of-eight suture within the extraction socket with an external figure-of-eight configuration using a single continuous suture pathway. This technique is designed to provide simultaneous internal clot stabilization and external soft tissue adaptation without the use of additional materials. The method is simple, reproducible, and compatible with routine oral surgery. Conclusion: This report focuses on the technical feasibility and rationale rather than the clinical outcomes. Further prospective and randomized clinical trials are required to evaluate postoperative morbidity, healing quality, and patient-centered outcomes.
