Abstract: X-linked retinoschisis (XLRS) is a rare, hereditary, and bilateral vitreoretinal degeneration, associating maculopathy and vitreoretinopathy. We report the case of X-linked retinoschisis diagnosed after congenital cataract surgery in a child.
