Abstract: One settled down the validity and the trustworthiness of the instruments that measure variables of perceptions (indicated by utility expectations and risk around the extraction, storage, dosage, reusability or waste of water), valuing (indicated by the agreement or the discordance of principles of saving habits or water waste of the individual towards the culture) that determined direct, positively and significantly to the beliefs (indicated by the handling of information around the water distribution between the animal and vegetal species).
