Abstract: Desde que se crearon los poderes públicos, la humanidad está en presencia de una maquinaria política, universalmente denominada sistema político, que indistintamente también se le llama sistema socioeconómico, a la cual, en honor a la honestidad, podría muy bien llamársele maquinaria socioeconómica.
