Abstract:
By means of this article it is tried to reveal of a practical way and simple, the paper that must play the Code of Good Government (Well-known also like Corporative Government), the central idea is in the exposition of the following question ¿Is the system of Corporative Government the call to fortify the credibility of the investors and the society in general?. To be able to give answer to this question, we owe above all to know the present situation, and is here where we reflect that there has been a public loss of confidence, generated by the fraudulent management of executives and administrative located in the dome of the world organizations of size, situation this that added al gradual growth of the corruption in the world on the part of some officials of high level al service of the state, personages these that have favored, that so much the investors as the same company, lose credibility in its businesses and institutions. Therefore what we have is a new question because consists of knowing that goes has to pass in the future of the organizations headed, directed and controlled per person of low self-esteem, permissive before the social lack of values, but fortified by the knowledge of the information, the traffic of influences and its greed before the personal eagerness of enrichment, therefore in the development of this investigation we will try to give answer to the questions before presented and to find the importance of this theme so of present time in the entire world. What we want to bring to light is product of an Investigation “GOVERNMENT CORPORATIVE ASSOCIATED TO THE NATIONAL FINANCES IN THE COLOMBIAN BUSINESSES ”, that comes carrying out in the University of Medellín, who worried by offering coherent and logical answers to the situations that come itself presenting in the world economies, has opted for financing this project of investigation.
