Abstract:
It defines, in front of the aggressiveness of the world-wide competition and the lost of competitiveness in Mexico, the development of a consulting model that involve the paradigms of the consultancy, management of the organizacional change, Objetc Oriented Analysis and Design and a toolbox of organizacional technology and technology of information, like possible instrument that allows the economic development in the country.
