Abstract:
The next paper describes and applies the Edwin Mills Model to study of the urban structure of Cali city, into 1970-1998, using the method of “Pooled Least Squares that realize estimations with panel dates. It combined with the use of dummy variables, allow analyze so the economics construction cycles as of other particular events in the price-distance relations and downtown land prices, also, shows the trends in the structure of the rents derived of the land. All this without necessity of to assume statistical independence among time periods.
