Abstract: The waste originated in the sugar and derived industry can become by-products, with certain economic value and at the same time, to avoid the impact to the environment that would cause their incorrect disposition. It was determined the characteristics of the residual one to use, to find the most attractive alternative in each case. He/she is carried out the study and characterization of a new residual liquid (vinaza), obtained in the process of production of alcohol that takes place starting from the Juices of Cane Energy pasteurized + Final Honey. The vinaza is characterized originated during the Test to industrial scale of this new substratum, in the laboratory of Hydraulic Resources of Sancti Spiritus, starting from 7 samples collected in the point of existent control, in the Outline of established Control without being appreciated distortion in the obtained information. With the results of the investigation you could appreciate that the vinazas presents lower pH, to the being the sourrest juices and smaller electric conductivity, to have less ashy the same ones. He/she intends environmentally immediately as more feasible alternative, the fertirriego, blended with the residual liquids of the central one in period of harvest, and applied with not more than 5 days of retention. The evaluation of the behavior of the floor is presented and of the yields agricultural cañeros of the fields fertirregados with these residual ones.
