Abstract: The creation of a technological park in Cuba is an important step to achieve the insert of the country in links of high added value of the global productive chains The nucleus of a technological park in Cuba it should constitute it an incubator of companies of technological base Three of the main problems to solve for the setting in march of an incubator of company of technological base they are the creation of a mechanism that in he/she practices it it substitutes the economic interest of the venturesome one, the definition of the juridical status and the legal relationships of the incubator with the incubated companies and the problems of the financing of the projects necessary empresariales.Es to design a mechanism that allows to offer some economic retribution to the authors of the managerial projects and that them of some participation in the management of the project. The technological park should be organized legally like a state company The projects that are incubated alone they should acquire its definitive artificial form when they have demonstrated its viability. It is possible to use inside the marks of the system economic Cuban fiscal incentives to stimulate the creation of PYMES of technological base.
