Abstract: En la Empresa Provincial de Conservación, Rehabilitación y Servicio a la Vivienda existen factores que incrementan los costos energéticos en el proceso productivo. Es por ello que este trabajo propone diagnosticar el comportamiento de los costos energéticos, analizar los factores que inciden en los costos energéticos, así como la propuesta de un conjunto de acciones que minimicen el efecto de los factores.
