DAÑO TESTICULAR INDUCIDO POR EL ALCOHOL YODADO 0,5% EN CUYES (CAVIA PORCELLUS) PREPÚBERES

Abstract: Hay agentes tóxicos que pueden interferir en el proceso de diferenciación de las células germinales en el hombre y en los animales. La investigación tuvo como objetivo evaluar el daño testicular inducido por el alcohol yodado 0,5 % (2,5 g / k.p.v). 9 cuyes machos prepúberes del Genotipo Perú fueron seleccionados y divididos en 3 grupos, el control y los que se evaluaron a los 28 y 56 días posinyección con alcohol yodado. Se realizó la evaluación de la anatomía macroscópica (peso y longitud del testículo, consistencia) y microscópica del testículo de los cuyes utilizando la tinción de hematoxilinaeosina.
