Abstract: The project has dramatically changed the life of Rabeya Sultana, chair of the women-led slum improvement committee formed under the project in Cox's Bazar. "Managing people and money gave me more confidence," she says. "I returned to college to get a law degree and am now a practicing lawyer. I earn Tk35,000-Tk40,000 a month. I also helped my husband get a job with an insurance company."
