Ramaswamy R. Iyer ()
Working Papers from eSocialSciences
Abstract:
The prevailing attitude is that ‘development’ is important, and that if people have to be pushed around for this, so be it. This a response to the views expressed by E Sreedharan on the Yamuna, ‘Restrict Yamuna with walls and develop low-lying areas: Metro chief’ (Times of India, May 20, 2009). It is published here in the interest of furthering debate.
