Abstract: The report is a document of action-focussed legislative and pragmatic interventions to transform the existing state of Occupational Safety and Health in the country both in the formal and informal sectors of economic activity through proactive approaches and implementation of the National Policy on Safety, Health and Environment at Workplace by all stake holders.
