Working Papers from eSocialSciences
Abstract:
The present report is an attempt to focus on how our national policies and programmes can be better appreciated and reflected in the country’s obligations and commitments to the various international instruments related to forestry and wildlife. The report recognizes the need for a more systematic, dynamic and futuristic approach to international negotiations and programmes and provides for capacity building of personnel and strengthening of institutions dealing with natural resource management in a coordinated manner.
