A Descriptive Study to Assess the Coping Strategies on Selected Tri-dimensional Problem among Peri-menopausal Women in Selected Rural Areas of Nerchowk, Mandi (H.P) With a View to Develop Informational Booklet (2024-2025)

Abstract: Peri-menopause is around menopause and also called the menopausal transition. Peri-menopause in women present with diverse symptoms, encomparising the tri-dimensional problems i.e Physical problem, Psychological problem and social problems this study was concluded with a aim to assess the coping strategies on selected tri-dimensional problems among Peri-menopausal women with a view to create awareness about Peri-menopausal problems and its coping strategies among peri-menopausal women. The research approach adopted for the study was descriptive in nature. Non-probability purposive sampling technique was adopted and selected from rural areas of Nerchowk, Distt. Mandi (H.P). The data was collected from 200 samples subjects through a structured interview Schedule and 4-Point Rating Scale. Analysis of data was done by using descriptive and inferential statistics.
