Disaster Management Emergency Data Sharing

Abstract: Natural disasters such as floods, cyclones, and earthquakes require real-time, secure, and transparent information exchange between multiple agencies. Existing systems are fragmented, slow, and prone to tampering. This project proposes a Blockchain-enabled cloud-native disaster management platform for emergency data sharing. The system ensures data integrity, immutability, and scalability, combining blockchain’s tamper-proof ledger with cloud storage and a real-time web dashboard. The architecture leverages secure APIs, RBAC authentication, cryptographic hashing, and geospatial visualization for enhanced coordination. The proposed system achieves trustworthy, auditable, and scalable disaster data management—improving response speed, accountability, and inter-agency collaboration during crises.
