Abstract:
Traditional digital payment systems depend on centralized banking servers that are prone to downtime, connectivity failures, and high latency during heavy load. A1 Pay introduces a server-independent, decentralized digital payment framework that allows users to continue financial transactions even during network or server outages. The system uses a wallet-based architecture, enabling users to preload funds and perform transactions instantly within the platform without relying on real-time banking APIs. Developed using Java 21 (Spring Boot 3.3.3) and MySQL 8.0.42, A1 Pay ensures scalability, data integrity, and fault tolerance. The frontend—designed with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript—offers a responsive UI with light/dark theme modes and multilingual support. Testing confirms that A1 Pay maintains transaction reliability, reduced latency, and superior availability, positioning it as a robust alternative to traditional online payment systems.
