Abstract: As global EV adoption increases, the need for efficient, reliable, smart and intelligent charging systems continues to grow. With rising the users volume, both service providers and consumers encounter difficulties related to payment handling and workflow automation. Traditional manual billing methods often result in delays, opportunities for misuse, and limited operational transparency. This project responds to these issues by incorporating wireless charging, advancing sustainability, and implementing an automated and transparent payment framework. The solution leverages inductive coupling to deliver a contactless energy-delivery experience, minimizing user intervention while enhancing operational efficiency. A secure, embedded billing module drives real-time authentication, consumption tracking, and frictionless auto-deduction of charging fees, effectively eliminating manual payment overhead. The system architecture combines power-electronics control, sensing mechanisms, and IoT-enabled communication layers to ensure high energy-transfer fidelity, safety compliance, and robust financial accountability. Overall, the platform demonstrates a scalable pathway toward next-generation EV infrastructure, enabling a seamless end-to-end charging workflow that aligns with smart-mobility, eco-friendly and autonomous-service transformation initiatives.
