Abstract: This project presents the design and implementation of an IoT-based biomedical monitoring system using the ESP32 microcontroller integrated with multiple sensors and communication modules. The system measures vital health parameters such as heart rate, blood oxygen saturation (SpO₂), body temperature, and pulse signals using MAX30102, heartbeat sensor, and DS18B20 temperature sensor. The collected data is processed in real time by the ESP32 and displayed on an OLED screen through I²C communication. In addition, GSM and GPS modules are incorporated to enable emergency communication and location tracking, where alerts along with the patient’s location are automatically sent when abnormal conditions are detected based on predefined thresholds. A buzzer is used for immediate local alerts, and a push button is provided for manual emergency activation. The interfacing circuit ensures reliable communication between components using protocols such as I²C, digital input/output, and ESP32 serial pins. The proposed system is compact, cost-effective, and suitable for continuous health monitoring and rapid emergency response, particularly in remote and resource-constrained environments
