Abstract: The concept of sustainable development is the result of an integrated approach to policy and decision makers, the environment and long-term economic growth are seen as complementary and mutually dependent (Romanian National Strategy for Sustainable Development). Sustainable development pursues and tries to develop a stable theoretical decision making framework for any situation involving a human/environment report, either social economic or general environment and supports this concept through programs, strategies and projects.
