O retorno da vulnerabilidade e as reflexões iniciais de Raúl Prebisch sobre ´el ciclo económico argentino´
Arturo O´Connell
Revista Economia e Sociedade, 2001, vol. 16, 26
Abstract:
Contemporary economic conditions - such as liberalized international trade and finance - have re-established, in the so-called emerging economies, the conditions of vulnerability that prevailed during the late 19th century and early 20th century. This is precisely the reason why Prebisch´s ideas - starting even from his initial thoughts on the Argentine business cycle - have become once again totally relevant.
