Overview of General Living Conditions of People with Disabilities in Albania

Abstract: The aim of this study was the observation of the general situation in which there are people with disabilities in the district of Tirana. As is known, people with disabilities are one of the most vulnerable groups of society. To make a realistic assessment of the situation, we organized direct contacts with some of the persons with disabilities who have attended or recognize the center of care for disabled people.
