Abstract: Transobturator tape (TOT) gives an excellent outcome in the treatment of stress urinary incontinence. Midurethral sling surgeries in the form of TOT surgery are the recommended treatment for stress urinary incontinence. A retrospective study was performed for a period of 5 years (2017-2021) on patients admitted to the Clinical Emergency Hospital Saint. Andrew the Apostle Constanta, on the two departments of Obstetrics- Gynecology OG I and OG II. The study was aimed to find how many of total interventions were performed using transobturator tape for stress urinary incontinence. The patients were followed according to the following criteria: age, origin, symptoms.
