L?immigrazione clandestina nella realt? molisana: cronache giudiziarie

Abstract: L?articolo traccia uno spaccato degli strumenti repressivi utilizzabili - ed utilizzati nel Basso Molise - per cercare di contrastare in sede penale condotte di reato legate all?immigrazione clandestina, allo sfruttamento dei cittadini extracomunitari o comunque allo sfruttamento irregolare, come manovalanza, di cittadini stranieri impiegati nel territorio di competenza dell?ufficio dove per anni l?Autore ha lavorato e lavora. Ci? non senza alcune riflessioni in ordine all?adeguatezza - o forse sarebbe meglio dire all?inadeguatezza - del sistema repressivo che solo in astratto dovrebbe avere anche un effetto dissuasivo; il tutto con considerazioni legate anche ad esempi e casi concreti, anche assai tragici.
