Abstract: The article deals with impediments of technological character which hinder putting the Khabarovsk territory’s economy on a stable growth path. Some principal patterns of solving the existing problems are offered. It is shown that the most acceptable method consists in the use of scientific and technical potential of the aviation industry existing in the region
