Migration Intentions of Urban Population in the Khabarovsk Territory

Abstract: According to sociological survey of the cities in the Khabarovsk Territory the following two groups are distinguished: stable population and potential migrants (with low and high probability of moving). Factors affecting migration intentions are determined and assessed by way of analyzing the respondents’answers. Is is shown that, along with factors of economic character, the migration intentions of the respondents are significantly affected by non-economic factors
