Abstract:
With the use of a peculiar methodological device diagnostics is carried out of socio-demographic security and the effectiveness of health system management for 2000—2010 of the RF constituent territories included in the Urals Federal District. The results of simulation modeling are given, which assess the degree in which demographic parameters are influenced by raising additional funds for the health care system
