Abstract: This working paper comprises advance data from the book Measuring the Quality of the Justice System (I): lawyers and court representatives. It sets out the most important findings of the «Survey of expert users: lawyers and court representatives» conducted in the framework of the BBVA Foundation s Forum on Judicial Reform and Management. The results and technical features of this survey are attached as an Appendix. Its text will form part of a book to be released some time in 2003 as a co-publication of the BBVA Foundation and the Consejo General del Poder Judicial.
