Review of Environment, Energy and Economics - Re3, 2012
Abstract:
Fatih Birol, chief economist of the International Energy Agency, provides FEEM with an insight on the IEA position on the critical issue of energy poverty, in the year of Sustainable Energy for All and on the path towards Rio +20. He focuses on the relationship between climate change and energy access, confirming the main findings of FEEM's international workshop on "Energy Poverty and Access to Energy in Developing Countries".
